Exchange and Return Policy 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Negrettiwear purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, we will assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. 

Exchanges 

If you would prefer another size, you can request this when making your return. To do so, state on the delivery note the item you wish to exchange and the new size. If this size is not available, we will refund you the amount for said garment. If you wish to exchange your item for another model or color, you must return the item and place a new order. 

Returns 

Negrettiwear accepts returns of unused items within 14 days from the date of shipment. If exchange style selected is of greater value than original item purchased, please contact customerservice@negrettiwear.com and provide the payment method you would like to use for the difference in price. We require merchandise be returned in its original packaging, unworn and with all tags attached.  Kindly try on all bottoms over your own undergarments.  

Refunds on full priced items will be credited to the original credit card that was used to make the purchase minus the shipping fees. Negrettiwear reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange or any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.

Right of withdrawal 

Customers in the European Union have 14 calendar days, from the reception of their order, to exercise their right to cancel their purchase. If you wish to exercise your right to withdrawal, you should notify us by letter which you should send via e-mail or by post:

We remind you that you should not provide your card details via e-mail or social media. After notifying your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal from the order, you will have an additional 14 days to return it. You can return your item by handing it in to any post office. 

Delivery expenses will be refunded only in the case of standard shipping.
